如果缓冲区列DataType不是，则PipelineBuffer生成一个 UnsupportedBufferDataTypeExceptionDT_UI8。

如果列的值为 null，则 PipelineBuffer 生成一个 ColumnIsNullException。 可以通过首先调用 IsNull 该方法来检查 null。
