KeyVaultProperties()	初始化 KeyVaultProperties 类的新实例。
KeyVaultProperties(String, String, String, String)	初始化 KeyVaultProperties 类的新实例。

KeyName	获取或设置密钥保管库密钥的名称。
KeyVaultUri	获取或设置密钥保管库的 URI。
KeyVersion	获取或设置密钥保管库密钥的版本。
UserIdentity	获取或设置用户分配的标识 (有权访问密钥的 ARM 资源 ID) 。
