HealthCheckStepAttributes()	初始化 HealthCheckStepAttributes 类的新实例。
HealthCheckStepAttributes(String, String, String)	初始化 HealthCheckStepAttributes 类的新实例。

HealthyStateDuration	获取或设置预期资源持续正常运行的 ISO 8601 格式的持续时间。如果指定了 maxElasticDuration，则会在检测到第一个正常信号后强制实施正常状态持续时间。
MaxElasticDuration	获取或设置 ISO 8601 格式的持续时间，其中运行状况检查等待资源正常运行。运行状况检查失败（否则）。资源正常后，运行状况检查开始强制实施 healthyStateDuration。
WaitDuration	获取或设置 ISO 8601 格式的持续时间，其中运行状况检查在没有任何检查的情况下静静等待。
