DiagnosticsProfile()	初始化 DiagnosticsProfile 类的新实例。
DiagnosticsProfile(BootDiagnostics)	初始化 DiagnosticsProfile 类的新实例。

获取或设置启动诊断是一项调试功能，可用于查看控制台输出和用于诊断 VM 状态的屏幕截图。注意：如果指定 storageUri，请确保存储帐户与 VM 位于同一区域和订阅中。可以轻松查看控制台日志的输出。 Azure 还使你能够查看虚拟机监控程序中 VM 的屏幕截图。
