EndpointAccessProfile()	初始化 EndpointAccessProfile 类的新实例。
EndpointAccessProfile(EndpointAccessDefaultAction, IList<IPRule>)	初始化 EndpointAccessProfile 类的新实例。

DefaultAction	获取或设置未匹配 IPRule 时的默认操作。
IpRules	获取或设置 IP 范围的数组，以筛选客户端 IP 地址。
