Gets an object representing a SnapshotPolicyResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, String) to create a SnapshotPolicyResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetSnapshotPolicyResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
