A class representing a collection of NeonOrganizationResource and their operations. Each NeonOrganizationResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a NeonOrganizationCollection instance call the GetNeonOrganizations method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource. |

Otherwise you can get one from its parent resource ResourceGroupResource using the GetNeonOrganization method. |
