Creates a new RoleAssignment.

BicepIdentifier

Gets or sets the the Bicep identifier name of the resource. This can be used to refer to the resource in expressions, but is not the Azure name of the resource. This value can contain letters, numbers, and underscores.

Condition

Version of the condition. Currently the only accepted value is '2.0'.

CreatedBy

Id of the user who created the assignment.

CreatedOn

Time it was created.

DelegatedManagedIdentityResourceId

Id of the delegated managed identity resource.

Declares explicit dependencies on other resources.
