An integer extra containing the APN type.
Sent with the #ACTION_CARRIER_SIGNAL_REQUEST_NETWORK_FAILED, #ACTION_CARRIER_SIGNAL_REDIRECTED, and #ACTION_CARRIER_SIGNAL_PCO_VALUE broadcasts. See the TYPE_ constants in ApnSetting for a list of possible values.
