Azure Virtual Machine Auto Shutdown saves money

Now it is easy to setup a time when a VM can shut down. This can be applied in Test environment to save a lot of cost. The following feature is available in Resource Manager Virtual Machine.

In Azure Dev/Test Labs we can enable start time as well.
