BCross promoting PDC
Did you know there's hidden boy band talent within the Windows Mobile team? Brian Cross, the creator of WiMo, and one of the awesome developers on our team (responsible for common controls, managed wrappers and lots of APIs) decided to help out with some PDC marketing this year. As you can see in the video below, his idea wasn't very welcome. So we suggested Brian keep his day job.

you know years using wm device make me bored. perhaps if the device had gigahertz processor, better ram, better camera(or lens perhaps) (cmon its even can't beat china phone camera quality),better battery usage (2 days is minimum), moar color perhaps 18,24 or even 32 bit ,bigger images for icons, better support for java software and games, better touchscreen panel (multi gesture like iphone), true vga not just pixel doubling, and more of all better phone functionally. i don't mind if its pricey. the manufacture should demand this to be supported by windows mobile. really the windows mobile need to updated soon enough (i hope in the winmob 7 they upgrade it significantly not just minor update) hope this is just not a dream :(( anyways is there any forum or email so we can send some suggestion for winmob?Anonymous

Just to be clear, this is about Windows 7, the successor to desktop's Vista, at PDC--NOT Windows Mobile 7. There doesn't seem to be much about Mobile on the PDC 2008 session list, just two sessions. And now that WM7's release has been delayed till late 2009, will we see a peek of it at all at PDC?Anonymous
