The commuting challenges and obligations were the same today as they've been all week, only today I needed to get downtown half an hour earlier, and when I woke up it was raining cats and dogs.

After a good deal more consideration than any person should have to give to any topic before sunrise, I put on my walking shoes and headed for the Sound Transit 545 bus:

Tomorrow morning will be very interesting. I need to get Zach to a 6 a.m. basketball practice and be to the Convention Center by quarter after 7 or so. It's not impossible, but if anything goes wrong in the morning I'll have to ditch the bus and fire up the MG.
