    Can you please let me know if there are any Synch issues between Time server and client will it change the Time Format. one of our servers time format changed and there was no AM, PM in time

    The formatting of how time is displayed is independent of the time service. Where are you seeing the time displayed? Also, you should consider posting your question on the Microsoft Technet Forums, where more people will be able to answer your questions.
