Please see the below highlighted area. I’m reading this as….if I move a message OUT of the clutter folder, Clutter will know that I’ve done this, and learn to not put such messages in the clutter folder next time. Am I understanding this correctly? Does this ‘learning’ only work if I pluck messages from Clutter inside Outlook (not on OWA)?

For those of you who have not experienced Clutter yet, it is a new feature of Exchange Online messaging that leverages some artificial intelligence and behavioral observation to pull less important messages out of our Inbox without classifying them as junk or deleted items. Clutter is based on the Office Graph (same technology that drives Delve) and is an online technology – Outlook client not required. This Clutter blog entry is very useful:
