Announcing Office Hours for Upgrade Analytics
It's been about a month since we launched Upgrade Analytics as a public preview. We hope you've had a chance to explore the solution and learn about how Upgrade Analytics can help you plan and manage the Windows upgrade process end to end.
Our goal is to simplify the traditionally long and challenging process of upgrading an enterprise to the latest version of Windows. To help, we have provided documentation on TechNet that explains how to configure Upgrade Analytics in your enterprise. But we also recognize the value of speaking with an expert and having your questions answered in real time.
Beginning on Thursday September 15th, we will be holding weekly Upgrade Analytics office hours. Each week, members of the Upgrade Analytics team will be available to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, or take any feedback/feature requests you may have. To accommodate as many time zones as possible, we will be alternating times every other week. Below is the schedule for our first four sessions.
- Thursday, September 15th from 4:00 - 5:00 pm PDT (11:00 pm – 12:00 am GMT)
- Thursday, September 22nd from 8:00 - 9:00 am PDT (3:00 – 4:00 pm GMT)
- Thursday, October 6th from 4:00 - 5:00 pm PDT (11:00 pm – 12:00 am GMT)
- Thursday, October 13th from 8:00 - 9:00 am PDT (3:00 – 4:00 pm GMT)
Note that there will be no office hours the week of September 26th due to the Microsoft Ignite conference.
Office hours are open to anyone on a drop-in basis and are intended for general discussion about Upgrade Analytics. There's no need to RSVP. To join us, simply call in at +1 (888) 320-3585 (or your local dial-in number), and use the Conference ID 77108029 during the times listed above.
