Great - but we still need to share the WiFi access key with staff when following this, which means staff end up connecting all manner of devices to the network. How do we distribute the access key automatically?

The best way to distribute the key without giving it to the users would be to use an MDM. I use the Meraki MDM, free for up to 100 devices.
