Field Notes: The Cod of Conduct

It's hard to give a better introduction to Betsy Aoki's Field Notes column in this month's issue of TechNet Magazine. In her own inimitable style, Betsy convey's the story of how she developed the Cod -- not the Code, but the Cod -- of Conduct for Live QnA. It's a very interesting story, and as is always the case when Betsy writes for us (or anyone for that matter), a very entertaining read.
