あまりにも長文だったもので、前編と後編に分かれましたが、2006年2月 以来 IIS7 に携わってきた私のある意味 頭の整理の結果をこの記事に込めました。前職で言語 AND Windowsに親しみ、マイクロソフトに入社してからは多くの現場でのトラブルをみてきた経験から 「これは楽になる、問題解析が容易になる」という役割や機能にどうしても力が入ってしまうんですが、IIS7の特徴や Vista と 2008 の違いなど広く多くの方に IIS7 というものを知っていただく契機になるとうれしいです。後編も近いうちに公開されると思いますのでお楽しみに。（＾－＾）

It was pretty long for a single web article so it became two articles. I started talking about IIS7 in February 2006 and I streamlined the ideas inside my head and the result is pretty much this article. I got used to computer languages and Windows in my previous company and after joining Microsoft, I've been in the field and experienced many troubles/problems in real world scenarios. So I tend to be excited about new technologies which I feel, " Wow this will make everybody's problem go away or troubleshooting will be much easier to do..."  With this article I hope a wide area of people understand overall what IIS7 is and understand the difference between Vista & 2008 implementation. The latter part will be public soon too so please stay tuned and watch the web site. :-)  I hope you enjoy it!
