New MSDN forum on Disaster Recovery and Availability
It's quite evident now that there's a growing need for a focused forum around disaster recovery and availability so I'm pleased to announce that we've created one (https://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=744&SiteID=1)
I've brought together the experts in the Storage Engine on:
- DBCC usage and strategy
- CHECKDB results interpretation
- backup/restore usage and strategy
- diagnosing and recovering from hardware issues
- planning/executing a disaster recovery and/or high-availability strategy, including choosing technologies to use
and we're looking forward to answering all your questions and giving advice.
Hope to see you there!
