Benchmark Results: RedPrairie Commerce Suite running on SQL Server 2008 R2

The RedPrairie Commerce Suite delivers an integrated shopping experience on the web, in stores, on mobile phones, on Facebook, and anywhere else consumers choose to interact with their favorite retail brands. Using Microsoft SQL Server as a database platform with industry-standard hardware provides the performance and scalability retailers need at a lower TCO than competing solutions. In June and July 2011, a team from RedPrairie and Microsoft worked together to optimize RedPrairie Commerce Suite 10.2.2 on SQL Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2008 R2, culminating in a formal benchmarking test.
