Want to see Office 2008, live and in-person? I'm going to be at the North Coast Mac User Group in Rohnert Park, California, on Tuesday, 16 October, to give a demo. The NCMUG meeting begins at 7pm. They're free if you're a member, and $5 if you're not a member (although you can join at that meeting, and the fee will be waived). The meeting is held at the Rohnert Park Senior Center, just off of US-101.

Several of us in MacBU will be doing more MUG visits in the future. If I'm not mistaken, this is our first MUG visit specifically for Office 2008. But there are more visits coming soon! I might even try to finagle my way into visiting some of the Michigan MUGs, since that's where I grew up and I can sneak in a quick visit to the family. :)

    Rohnert Park is the location of SSU, my alma mater, and where I saw my first Macintosh in 1984. Not that it matters to your demo at NCMUG, just thought I'd drop it in...  :-)
