Kathy Sierra is speaking at OOPSLA 2007

We have a special bonus keynote at OOPSLA 2007: Kathy Sierra, best known for her well-written Creating Passionate Users blog. She's a great user experience speaker, and I'm quite pleased that she'll be speaking at OOPSLA 2007. It'll be a great talk!

Advance registration for OOPSLA 2007 closes on Thursday, 11 October 2007, so register now if you haven't yet. On-site registration will be available beginning on Saturday, 20 October 2007.

Hmmm, I haven't yet posted my OOPSLA schedule. I'll get that done before the conference begins. Aside from finding me in the hallways and sessions, I'll spend some time hanging out in the Microsoft booth, although I can't recall what times I'm supposed to be there.

That's awesome! After all everything she went through earlier this year - I was worried she would stop speaking and/or writing for a long time. I'm looking forward to your comments (if you make it to her talk that is...) -shep (who talked your ear off at CHI)
