What kind of music do you listen to?

Personally when I am coding I like to stick to some form of instrumental music, more specifically techno or classical, this is becuase I don't have the words to distract my thoughts. While inbetween some coding this evening I saw a great post on Dan Fernadez's blog about having a custom mix made for coding. How cool is that?

So what kind of music do you listen to?

For coding? Halo soundtrack, Frank Sinatra, CCR, and the list goes on.

When I'm at work I tend to stick to this stream: <a href="http://64.236.34.97:80/stream/1003">Digitally Imported - European Trance, Techno, Hi-NRG</a> (plug that into WMP / Winamp / ITunes / etc. or look for it on <a href="http://www.shoutcast.com">Shoutcast</a>). It's mostly techno with a few words here and there. Basically it drowns out all the sounds around my cube and lets me focus.

When I'm doing personal coding I tend to be much more relaxed since I don't have any type of deadline to meet (unless self imposed). Sometimes I listen to techno, but mostly it's the assortment of CDs I have on my notebook or iPod.
