As a student I have been asked by various professors about how they could improve their class and/or teaching style, while I think many of them do a great job I haven't always had the proper answer, until now!

Kathy Sierra writes wrote a great article titled, Users shouldn't think about YOU!, this article is an excellent read whether you are a student, professor, speaker or author.
