Harvard Law Professor Draws Crowds to Class

NPR is running a story right now on Morton Horwitz, a Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, that is so popular in order to get into his class you must win the lottery.

Is there a professor in technology at your school that commands the same level of demand and respect?

    That year ,way back when, that I went off to university, there was a class like that.
    "Greek and Latin for scientific terminology", it was the easiest credit a student could get in the science faculty.
    A class in basket weaving would have been much more challenging.

    The environment at Michigan State University, as I suspect most universities, is such that there is a fair mix of truly inspiring professors, as well as not-quite-inspiring professors.

    It's nice to know that certain faculty members care, AND are very good at their job. It's my, and many peoples' goal to just be surrounded by people that are great at their job. I believe we can find that in all different professions.

    I'm curious about the different technologies, if any, that he[Morton Horwitz] uses to aid him in his class.
