Office 365: How to Import and Export PST files

Importing and exporting PST files is straight forward however customers do get confused sometimes. Here is a short video on how to do this using an Outlook client.

    Good advice if you have the client loaded on your PC/Laptop. How do you import if you do not have the client, and only use 365 (login.mocrosoft.com). Where is the File, Import option in Outlook 365?
