Hailing support engineers and IT pros.  The Consumer Support Automation Team released or updated the following troubleshooters in March, check them out!

Audio Playback
The Audio Playback troubleshooter has been updated to help users who don’t get sound in Windows Store Apps or on some web sites.  If you can’t play sound or music at all, this troubleshooter is for you.

Windows Store Apps
This troubleshooter has also been updated to find and fix problems with sound in Windows Store Apps.  Run this troubleshooter when you can play sound or music in desktop applications, but not in apps you’ve downloaded from the Windows Store, or if you experience other problems running Apps from the store.

Microsoft Word (KB2825739)
Some users of the Turkish version of Office 2013 may see an error message every time they start Word.  This troubleshooter fixes the problem and the error message will no longer be shown.  It only applies to the Turkish version of Office 2013.  Check out KB2825739 for more information.
