Project BHAL: TFS + Windows Workflow Foundation

Bernardo Heynemann has started project BHAL, a community effort to build a tool to help team managers coordinate their teams using Windows Workflow Foundation and Team Foundation Server.  He recently blogged his vision for the project and the forces driving it.  He has some really cool ideas about plugging into TFS events to kick off various processes in his workflow.  Check out the Project BHAL Wiki for an overview and links to the project on CodePlex.  I'm really curious to see how this evolves.

    Hi Jason,
It´s BHAL actually, hehehe, but thanks a lot for talking about it here, since I believe it will help spread the word on the project.
The project is in motion already with iteration 1 almost done. This iteration focus on building a Create WorkItem Custom Activity for Windows Workflow Foundation, enabling architects and pm´s to build effective workflows that integrate into TFS. The next iteration will focus on another TFS custom activities such as Udpate WorkItem, Retrieve WorkItem and such.
What I wanted to point out is, that being such an ambitious project, we´ll need all the help we can get, so we are looking for members for the Team.
Again, thanks a lot for your kind words.

Oops!  Fixed the title and post.  Thanks for correcting me there!

This sounds like a really cool project.  I've been meaning to learn more about WWF myself lately, as everything I've heard about it makes it sound very applicable to tasks like this.  I've been thinking about TFS as an application platform myself quite a bit lately as I've been helping some customers customize their TFS deployments to work with existing legacy systems, and this fits that same mold.  Good luck with the project!

    Hi Jason,
First iteration is out! I hope you have time to check it out and provide some feedback, so I can improve the quality for the project.
