CRM 2011 Online - The Date and/or Time is incorrect on newly created or imported records
Lately we've been receiving several cases for CRM 2011 Online that mention when creating or importing record the created dates associated with these records is incorrect.
The reason for this is, by default, all users have their time zone set to Pacific Standard Time. This is regardless of where you are located.
In order to correct the issue, users must manually change the time zone setting to the appropriately value within CRM by navigating to:
File - Options - General Tab (or if using the Outlook client, File - Options - Calendar).
