XRM in the News

XRM made the news this week thanks to Mary-Jo Foley’s article “Microsoft takes off its xRM platform-as-a-service gloves”. 

My team wanted to put more context around XRM for our Public Sector customers.  Many customers are familiar with CRM software, but XRM is a new idea.  So I was honored to be a guest blogger on our Microsoft State and Local Government blog – Bright Side of Government.  In my guest blog post I explain more about XRM, how it is the platform that underlies our CRM product, and how our customers and partners are using it to build awesome applications for government.
