Many people send me emails via this blog giving their feedback ( I always encourage that!). Some even post comments back and I love that. Others fill in the feedback forms we hand out during events - a quick reminder 1 is bad 9 is good... The question I often get asked is how can I give feeback to Microsoft otherwise.

This site allows you to comment on the products and if you ask - Why should I bother? The answer quite simply is that we take all of your feedback very seriously. I mentioned the feedback forms earlier... well would you believe that I go through the forms so I can make my presentations better and more useful to you. Last week I even tried a new format of open presentation because of your feedback. I now have plenty of comments about that...
