Blog Changes taking place

You may have noticed a different look to the blog today. Microsoft has migrated us all (those of us who use https://blogs.msdn.com/ to blog to the latest and greatest version of Community Server. So there are a number of changes. For one thing the new URL for this blog is https://blogs.msdn.com/b/alfredth/ but https://blogs.msdn.com/alfredth/ should redirect here – hopefully for a long time to come. But you may want to update any links or favorites you have. If you are subscribing via RSS feed (highly recommended - use https://feeds.feedburner.com/ComputerScienceTeacher for your RSS Reader)  you should not notice any difference at all. Let me know if that is not the case.

I have to find some time to learn about how to customize the blog format. I’m not happy with all of the defaults but, well, I have some urgent projects I am working on right now that have to take a priority. In the mean time if you don’t like seeing just the summaries you can easily change how the blog is displayed for you on your web browser. If you click on the icon under the Posts heading (pointed to by my crude arrow in the image below) and full posts will be displayed.

You can also select to view posts by most recent (my favorite), most views or most comments. I’ll be fixing more of the formatting as soon as I can. Please bare with me. Thanks!
