My goal is to create a Word template that can be utilized by everyone on your team, which will allow you to consolidate these documents into one single Word file using copy and paste. Unexpectedly, even when copying and pasting within the same document, the paragraphs become disorganized. As my English is not fluent, I have created images to illustrate the issues I've encountered. These are the settings involved.（I use home and student 2021）

根据您的文件，因为“正文” 样式设置了首行缩进，所以使用该样式的文字，比如表格中的文字复制粘贴后就缩进了。
建议打开样式设置（Alt + Ctrl + Shift + S)，找到“正文”样式，右击选择"修改“，点击： 格式 > 段落，将缩进选择“无”，保存修改。
回到样式设置，继续右击“正文”样式，选择第一个选项：更新正文以匹配所选内容。
关于图片以及图注粘贴后出现的问题，需要确保您复制的时候包含了最后的段落标记。
如果确实已经包含，但粘贴后问题依旧，建议您关闭 Word 应用程序，在Windows 搜索框输入 %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates，将 Normal.dotm 文件移出。重新打开这份文档测试复制粘贴是否有问题。
