如何解决scim用户预配出错，预配显示报错

我有个应用启动了预配，但是有一些人员预配失败，显示的信息如下（做了一些脱敏）：

We are not able to deserialize the resource received from your SCIM endpoint because your SCIM endpoint is not fully compatible with the Azure Active Directory SCIM client. Here is the resource we received from your SCIM endpoint:

Please refer to the Azure Active Directory SCIM provisioning documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/app-provisioning/use-scim-to-provision-users-and-groups) and adapt the SCIM endpoint to be able to process provisioning requests from Azure Active Directory. This operation was retried 4 times. It will be retried again after this date: 2024-12-20T20:05:28.0727195Z UTC  

这是应用的属性映射也是没有问题的，能帮忙查查是什么问题吗，并不是全部用户有问题

问题看起来是微软无法从反序列化数据，存在兼容问题？
