I am a student currently engaged in research that utilizes the Bing API. I applied for and received a student-sponsored free quota for API usage. However, due to an oversight in my code, I unintentionally exceeded the allocated free quota, and my account now shows a usage of over 4000 units.
As a student, I am presently unable to cover the cost associated with this unintentional overuse. Would it be possible to receive a refund or have these additional charges waived, given the circumstances? I would sincerely appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide.
