onedrive账户无法正常加载

我有个公司账户的onedrive，但是最近一直无法正常加载。请问谁能帮助查看是权限还是授权的问题呢？但是我并没有收到任何通知就突然发生无法使用了，这些文件对我来说很重要。

请问OneDrive 客户端和网页端，都无法加载吗？

有什么报错信息呢？

中国地区使用OneDrive 有网络限制，需要VPN，请先检查下网络环境。

另外公司帐户的OneDrive，一般是OneDrive for Business，有管理员 统一管理用户帐户等，建议找下管理员，登录到Microsoft 365 Admin Center，检查帐户是否依旧被分配OneDrive 的许可。
