mac文件突然就丢失了

我的word文件啊，在已经保存的情况下，打开后提示我“已做修改，是否保存”，我点击了取消，文件就没了，请问文件哪里可以找找？

请问您是否有启动“自动恢复” 这个功能？

如果有，可以尝试在Finder 中按 SHIFT + COMMAND + G，输入：/Users/_<username>_/Library/Containers/com.Microsoft/Data/Library/Preferences/AutoRecovery (将 username 替换为您的用户名)。 查找是否有相应的缓存文件。
