Add resource guidance for managers using Team Conversations

From the Coaching tab, in the bottom section - Team Conversations Resource Guidance - enable or disable guidance by switching to On or Off. Enabling guidance allows you to select a resource from the dropdown menu. Guidance is specific to the process of conversations. Guidance doesn't correlate with the Focus Area a team is working on. There are many resources to choose from!

Note

View suggested Content Resources by navigating from the admin dashboard to Content Resources in the Action Taking section of your admin dashboard. You may also add your own resources.

At any time, or once this page is entirely set up, select Save and Preview to see the Presentation Kit as your manager sees it.

The presentation includes:

  • Slide names for navigation
  • A personal note to your manager
  • Best practices and resources

Select Get Started to begin the presentation.
