Starting with the January 2025 release, this capability will be referred to as external reporting in Microsoft Sustainability Manager. It will appear in both Sustainability Manager Essentials and Premium. Existing deployments of Project ESG Reporting (preview) will be renamed Microsoft Sustainability Manager and will continue to include only the external reporting capabilities.

To create a support ticket for Project ESG Reporting (preview), follow the directions in Support for Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability and select Project ESG Reporting (preview) after step 2.
