IDebugConvert.DoubleToDateString(Double) Method

When implemented in a class, creates a string representation of the specified Double. The string representation contains the day of the week, the month, the date, the time, the time zone, and the year.

This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
