    I try to avoid it. REM is the only time your body stops producing serotonin and I need every bit I can get.

    BTW I spent Fisay and Saturday in the studio with Giles. We did some awesome interviews for podcasting. I hope to start posting the pilot series from my blog this week. Thanks, man.
