當在WLM中嚐試要和聯絡人進行視訊或是音訊通話時，會發生以下的錯誤訊息：

Messegner 服務暫時無法啟用，請稍候再試(0x8ac70013)

解決方案：

滑鼠右鍵點選Windows Live Messenger->內容->相容性

取消勾選"以相容性模式執行這個程式"

重新啟動Windows Live Messenger

    To resolve it open the Broadcom Advanced Control Suite and disable IPv4 Large Send Offload and your problem will be solved.
