The WS-* world is changing

I just finished reading a shocking post from Richard Monson-Haefel, where he blatantly states that JAX-RPC is a bad technology. It's not everyday when you see this type of messages from the same person that wrote a well-respected book on the same subject... (On a side note, I really like Richard's style - I even bought Enterprise Java Beans a while back just to understand how EJB works - and I don't regret buying this book!)

Then, Dave Chappel notes the change of wind and makes an interesting suggestion to the Java camp: it might not be a bad idea to use Indigo as a source of inspiration!
