Gets or sets the width of the NavigationView pane when it's fully expanded.

Equivalent WinUI 2 API for UWP: Microsoft.UI.Xaml.Controls.NavigationView.OpenPaneLength (for WinUI in the Windows App SDK, see the Windows App SDK namespaces).
