This article provides a list of the top frequently asked questions about Services Hub webcasts.

Do I need to talk with a Microsoft representative to register for a webcast?

No, you can register or sign up for our webcasts yourself.

Is there a charge or cost for webcasts?

Webcasts are included with your Unified Support contract.

Who can register for webcasts?

Any Services Hub user can self-register for webcasts without assistance from Microsoft.

Who delivers the webcasts?

All webcasts are delivered by Microsoft experts on the technologies or topics covered.

Can I register for a webcast in a different time zone?.

Yes. If you don't see a webcast scheduled during a time that works for you, we record each session so you can watch at your convenience on the Services Hub.

How do I know if I'm registered for a webcast?

Once you're registered, you receive an on-screen confirmation message, an email, and a calendar invite that include everything you need to know.

How many people can attend a webcast?

Our webcasts can host hundreds of attendees.

Will there be other users or companies in the same self-register webcast as me?

Yes, webcasts often host attendees from multiple companies.

How do I know what to do when it's time to attend a webcast?

Once you're registered, you receive an on-screen confirmation message, an email, and a calendar invite that include everything you need to know.

Will there be a question and answer option in the webcast?

Yes. Our webcasts include a chat option, so you can interact with other attendees during the session and ask follow up questions. Some webcasts might also include a live voice option.

Are webcasts available in multiple languages?

Webcasts are currently only offered in English.

Are webcasts recorded?

Yes.

To listen to a past webcast, select Learning, scroll down to the bottom and select the Webcasts tile. From the filter list, select Type and check Recorded for the webcast you're looking for.

Why aren't there webcasts in my time zone?

Unfortunately, we can't match everyone's schedules. That said, all webcasts are recorded so you can view them when it's convenient for you.
