IBinaryManager::remove_BinaryItemsChanged
Removes the handler identified by cookie from the BinaryItemsChanged event.

Parameters

[in] The value returned by IBinaryManager::add_BinaryItemsChanged when the handler was added.
Return Value
One of the standard HRESULT values.
