        Dim prj As VCProject
        Dim cfgs, tools As IVCCollection
        Dim cfg As VCConfiguration
        Dim tool As VCLinkerTool
        prj = DTE.Solution.Projects.Item(1).Object
        cfgs = prj.Configurations
