Adds a property expression by using the provided property name, value, and operator.

Parameters

• propertyName
  Type: System.String
  The name of the property.

• propertyValue
  Type: System.String
  The property value to search for.

• conditionOperator
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UITesting.PropertyExpressionOperator
  The operator to use to compare the values (either the values are equal or the property value contains the provided property value).
