Tools Options Differences
The Visual Studio Macros Options Dialog Box, available on the Tools menu, has fewer options than its counterpart in Visual Studio. For more information, see Options Dialog Box (Visual Studio).

Note
If you want an option to apply in both the Macros IDE and the Visual Studio IDE, you must explicitly change it in both Options dialog boxes. The two IDEs do not share or track Options dialog box settings between each other.
