Packaging Device Solutions for Deployment

To distribute your device applications to end-users, you must package your device application into a CAB file. End-users install your device application by copying the CAB file to the device and starting it from the device's file explorer. The Mobile Developer Center also includes resources that help you develop and deploy applications.
